i will install the following Forums/Blogs for you for 5$. Wordpress PhpBB PhpNuke SMF(Simple Machine Forums) IPB(You must bring a license) VBulletin(You must bring a system) Drupal MediaWiki I can probably isntall any other CMS too, you must have hosting and Mysql OR i can let you use my own hosting(Bring a domain thats your's or ill get you a subdomain on one of mine domains, PM Me for a list, or just find one, theres many sites that offer subdomains), which will be an extra 5$ (assuming you don't have crazy websites with tens/hundreds of thousands of requests, then i suggest you'll get your own hosting) if not, gladly will let you use mine, for just an extra 5$ I can also install themes/skins for all of those systems for 1$ for each theme or if you have more than 5 themes to install it won't cost more than 5$, same goes for plugins for wordpress or SMF/IPB/VB/PHPbb, though i can install mediawiki plugins too since theres no panel and it has to be done manually, contact me if you need that done.
Forgot to mention (for some reason edit button doesn't show up for me so i can't edit) if you order a wordpress blog, ill install 2 plug-ins and a theme of your choice for free, same for all forum systems.
