how do you market your new forum, and increase your forum member, it's really very hard to attract new registered member, anyone try forum banner exchange before? is it work?
You have to be very selective about where you advertise. I have only ever had minimal success with links and banners on other sites. What will get you more members is this: you have to offer something on your forum that will make people want to register and come back, whether it's an original twist on a particular niche/topic or engaging and charismatic mods/admins or something else, there are so many forums out there in each subject area that you have to offer something a little different to get regular contributing members.
