    Hey There Mods,

A few of us DP members are launching a forum in the next few days related to stopping hosting fraud. It's sort of along the lines of www.webhostingstuff.com, but we wondered, as it's a forum if we could advertise it here (As this is also a forum :)).

We won't steal any members, as our forum uses places like your forum here, WebhostingTalk and FreeWebSpace to survive.

It's mainly a place where people can find out whether their host that they are with, or plan to go with is a scam or not.

    Thanks :)

I know that, but every mod may have given a different answer. I'm just waiting for one to reply.

Well I don't think that it would be spamming. Spamming is posting multiple posts like:

Come and buy special goods at my site www.site.com

    Etc Etc

Like with most things, you should be fine adding the link to your sigs. Just don't go around starting threads for the sole purpose of promoting it (asking questions related to it shouldn't be a problem) - if it's relevant and useful in response to someone, then a link shouldn't be an issue as long as there's also substance to your response. Also, make one person the "ambassador" - you can't all be going around promoting the same site (similar to how we don't let co-workers or partners participate in the same deals) - if it looks like you're bumping threads together to keep a thread high in search results, that may lead to a ban.
