    Hi,

    I'm selling my site: http://www.pagerank-monitor.com

The site is new so there are no traffic or revenue stats but I am sure you can see the protential of this site.

    Site Programming:
The site uses asp.net (aspx) - all files and dll source code will be provided with the site.

    Site function:
The site displays the Pagerank (PR) of all links contained in a sitemap XML file which users can specify. You can limit the number of links to get PR for easily by editing one file.

    Site Design:
The current design is very basic. Changes can easily be made by editing the .aspx files or the CSS styles file. Adding any revenue generating scripts like amazon, adsense, etc can be done very easily.

    Auction Details:
    Start Bid: $50
    BIN: TBA
Reserve : I have a value in mind.

If you require any additional information please post here or PM me.

    Thanks,
    Gerald.

Sorry, I should clarify. The domain is not new. The domain was registered on the 17th of Oct 2006. The site only had a 'holding page' at that time.

just recently I have finished deveroping the site for release.

No promotion has been done for the site. I have just had a couple of links from my other sites pointing to it and of course a link in my sig.

    Cheers ...
    Gerald.

    Hi Britishguy,

You are probably talking about the 'old' version where you enter in a website and it would spider the entire website and display the PR results. This was very slow...
This 'new' version gets the PR of links contained in an XML file which the user specifies. This is a lot quicker and more flexable :)

    Cheers ....
    Gerald.

oh wow, thats your site :) I've been posting the link all over..lol

    Great site, I'm interested

why did you change it to use the sitemap ? just a few days ago u could put in forums.digitalpoint.com and get the first 500 pages that had PR...

this is much easier to ppl then making them know a sitemap url. IMHO

The old version requires an ActiveX component to be registered on the hosting companies webserver. This is inconvenient for people to have to do. One hosting company I use is easycgi.com and they charge me $25 to install the activex component.

I thought I would modify the site to make it easier for the new owner to move and setup on whichever host they want. The easiest way I could see is to use xml files instead.

If the winning bidder would like the 'older' version of the website as well then I will give them both versions.

    Hope this helps :)

    Cheers ...
    Gerald.

Ok, The person that made the $80 bid via PM has pulled out ... he didn't realise that to run an asp.net (aspx) website you need a Windows hosting server

So this auction is still on ... open to bids!! :)

    Cheers ...
    Gerald.
