Thanks Leopard I appreciate your comments about Hostgator which is re-assuring as they are working real hard to sort out this and get Forplex back live

Please note to all readers that Hostgator have been put in this situation because a Hostgator Re-Seller has defaulted

Damn this sucks, cant hostgator guys create a new reseller account for you, and you pay them right now for the new account?

Hostgator progress because a Re-Seller has defaulted

I am puzzled why I have to pay all the additional fees like set up
the price will be $13.95 per domain, they want 8.95 + 5 setup fee

Peter, your order is now complete.

    Confirmation Number: 37D41809TW6349032.
An email with your order summary has been sent to

Well at least one thing is clear now I am even more money out of pocket and still Forplex is NOT YET LIVE

Hoping this can be sorted very quick

I would have thought that Hostgator might have considered waiving the set up fees considering you were screwed by one of their resellers and it wasn't any fault of your own.

    Well yes and no.

I mean to Hostgator, your not their client and I guess it was awfully nice of them to step in and help u out.

To them, the reseller is their client and you are the resellers client.

Imagine what would of happened if they would not have stepped in and left at just at 'This is a reseller issue and not a hostgator issue'

I dont see what the problem is Pete. Surely HG can just move your account to another server, and you pay them. I thought it would be a simple job. When i moved to a dedicated from shared it took minutes.

    Good luck anyway:)

If I was you instead of waiting and all this crap, I would get a ded. and upload the last backup you had, hopefully you make daily backups.

    $139 goes a long way :) http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3094191&CatId=136

I hope this isn't an indication of the quality of support you're likely to receive in the future from them. Good luck sorting the hosting issues out.

Strange i wonder maybe something bad happened to him like maybe "he is dead" or "had a bad accident" but what hostgator said that he was overdue for 4 months on payments, i doubt that worse has happened.

Anyone know where he lives though ? And is realwd.com his site ? seems like his other allphld site is dead too

Somebody must know his name or where he lives. I really think something serious happened to him.
