    Formula1 is trademarked, if you dont have permision then I dont see it being worth much.

    But if you get the right permission then it is worth it.

    There are hundreds maybee thousands of sites that use formula1 or f1 in there name and they are fine.

    Always best to get the permission before you go developing though.

    My point= there are ways round the trademark (legally)

    Yeah, alot of sites get away with it, but it isnt worth the risk, most sucesfull F1 sites have permission to use F1 in the name.
