Hmm a guy with 1000 websites? either a very advanced bot or an alien. Quality > Quantity, whats the point of having 100 sites lacking content making $1 per day, when you can have a 1 well made side with GOOD content making $100 per day or 2 well done sites making $50 per day. Focus on quality and content.
What exactly is "300.000$"? hahaha. Anyway, this "1,000" guy is full of crap. And if he isn't then he's a douchebag who's polluting the internet. It's like the guy who writes the book "how to make a million dollars" and you open the book to find "sell books on how to make a million dollars" Blackhat is also an art in misdirection. It's the ability to promote a site that doesn't provide what someone is looking for, getting a lot of people to show up who then instantly leave. It's pointless. In the long term blackhat won't work, and you'll end up having put in more effort that it would have taken to build a legit site from the ground up.
Good point on the term blackhat. Promoting a useful web site that will benefit people is always easier.
Just post quality and unique content and make sure all those web pages are perfectly indexed in google. If it is a blog, submit it to blog directories...also, submit some pages to digg,etc... If you do all these things, you'll definetly get some decent traffic. And,the last important thing is "Be Patient".
Black Hat techniques might give You a boost in the beguining but they will kill Your business in the long run so I don't think You should use it. Let honesty and smart hard-work be the base of Your business. In order to build that many websites You would need some kind of automation software or a great outsourced team. Even if You would have a great team together it wouldn't be easy to get content to all those websites. If You wann a go that route I suggest You start with a smaller number in mind and then work your way up. Focus primarily on SEO so that You can get a lot of free traffic because let's face it. If You want 1000 websites they are either free and therefore You will lack credibility or You have to pay for it and it becomes expensive. Just the domains will cost You around 10k a year!! (assuming one domain costs around $10 a Year). Hope it helps!
Blackhat - looked at it and dabbled, and to be honest although you can potentially make cash from the numbers game - build 10,000 automated markov sites and let them pull in a $1 a day each - to get there is SO DAMN BORING DULL AND REPETITIVE that I would rather build something of quaility that I can grow and be proud of. My banner exchange for example, I pride myself on making sure I offer customer service. You cant be proud of having 10,000 auto-generated sites scraping legit content and bandwidth from honest people....can you?
