Hello, Does anyone know of the formula for figuring out the value of a website? The website / domain name is 4 years old, ranked number one in Google (has been for a long time), has content only designed by the creator (unique real content), has been making money on adsense since inception steadily rising to the amount it's at now and all natural backlinks. I've heard some crazy numbers, like 10 years out (10x annual amount) but I just can't seem to get my mind around that. Any ideas? Thanks, Jim.
