Formua on ad-copy headline that pulls keywords from the ad-group

I am trying to understand if this could have a negative impact in the performance of my campaigns in adwords.

A formua is integrated in the headline of the ad-copy, which pulls the keyword I am bidding on. i.e.

Cheap holiday in (formula: get keyword)
Great Deal on holidays in the sun
    Check out now
    www.dreamholiday.com

the keywod could be any destination i. e. dubai.

The destination URL however is linked to the keyword and not with the ad-copy.

So the ad-copy is always relevant and shows the keyword in the headline. This is a way to go around creating hundreds of ad-groups with tailored ad-copies.

Has anyone got experience with this and or can recommend this? I have never seen/heard this before.

    Thank you,
    Rose1
