Forms With Differen Tabs To Fill

    I AM CREATING A FORM, SO FAR I HAVE GOT 5 FORMS WITH
    BROADBAND
    LINES
    CONTACT
    ADDRESS

    WHAT I WANT IS HAVING LIKE A TAB WHERE BY IF I CLICK BROADBAND I FILL IT OUT I CLICK ON LINES DO SAME AND SAME ON ADDRESS THEN I CAN GO BACK BY CLICKING BROADBAND AND STILL HAVE THE VALUES THERE JUSTT INCASE I MADE A MISTAKE I CAN CORRECT THEM THEN HAVE SUMMIT BUTTON ON THE LAST PAGE WHICH WHERE BY ONCE CLICKED ALL THE FORM GET SUMMITED ONCE

    Put all tabs in separate div with unique Div id (like hidethis1, hidethis2...) and on click of tab name link/button change display property to show or none.

    document.getElementById("hidethis1").style.display = '';
 // on click first tab name

document.getElementById("hidethis1").style.display = 'none';	
// on click second tab name set display style none for first div and show the second div
