Hi, Does anyone have any idea how you go about selling then splitting a large property of 4 Apartments + 1 retail shop unit into saleable lots with a "maintenance contract" set up for each of the units sold. Is it a solicitor thing? I presently own a Building Company which incorporates a registered Electrical Arm & Plumbing Business and would like to keep it in house so to speak and perhaps sell it on when I have sold all the Apartments and the Shop Unit. Then the icing on the cake would be the disposal of the landlords communial area's & Cellar area which could be sold with the Maintenance Contract at auction perhaps. I am presently refurbing the whole building, installing a seperate Metering/Extinguishers/Fire/Emergency Lighting Systems for each unit and a seperate system for the communial areas including soundproofing and door video system and hope to have my 1st unit ready for sale early next year.
