As many know, Vicente Fox signed the Security and Prosperity Partnership with George Bush and Paul Martin of Canada. Some folks believe these documents are a predecessor to a North American Union. http://www.comedycentral.com/shows/the_daily_show/index.jhtml Vicente Fox talks about "a new vision to go further (than NAFTA)" as answers to increased Mexican prosperity, using the EU as an example. Stewart catches himself just short of asking if Fox would like to see a "North American Union". I wonder how many Americans are ready to trade the US Constitution for a North American one. That's what the EU adopted. Thank God Congress put the brakes on this. Now we need to make sure our next President doesn't endorse it. In that regard, I'd rather see Duncan Hunter, Tom Tancredo or Ron Paul as President.
I have to admit, I loved that Bill O clip. He went after a dirtbag, and made him to be a fool. It helps that Fox is for a NAU, and thinks that if we dilute the prosperity of America and Canada to Mexico, that is how the Mexicans get a leg up in the world.
I sure don't but since a lot of Americans don't know who the Vice President is, they sure as hell don't know what the NAU is, and more than likely, the government will get away with it, unless the 20% of Americans who do know about it stand up and raise hell. Vicente Fox is a piece of trash. That comment he made about "the attack on illegal immigration being racist" is a load of BS, and is the typical propaganda that the government uses to allows illegals to pour over the border. I don't like Bill Orielly much, but him going after Vincente was cool, because he is the former president of one of the most corrupt countries in the U.S., Mexico sucks.........and I'd only travel there if I was going to a resort town like Cabo San Lucas.
This is some real good rhetoric, and if you don't know whats going on, you'll fall for it like an idiot. A lot of people think countries merging together is a good idea because they feel it will end wars and integrate people together, but in reality, it will just allow corporations to consolidate more and nations will no longer be sovereign. They will have to follow laws that do not originate in their own country.
Well what Fox is really saying is, It's sh1t like this that makes me reconsider how important the Minuteman project is.
