i am using blogger How to format blogger header that displays at top (top means explorer top), Currenlty in my blog (i am creating a new blog) it show as i want to format it like just see this example http://islam-faq.blogspot.com/2009/05/why-muslims-are-dived-into-sect.html here you can find that first blog tittle appear at top then blog desciption. Once i had done this before now i just completely loss how to do that.
