format of links to site pages??

    Hi, just wondering if the SE see any difference or preference between linking to the internal page like ..links.html or using the whole web address.

    No, it doesn't matter from an SEO standpoint.

    But when linking to your home page you should use the .com without the /index.php unless you do a 301 redirect from index.php to the .com. Otherwise your PR will be split between the 2 URLs.
