Format A4 text page into a good look, add some color etc

Hi there,
I have an info page, Word doc file A4 size, that will be put in a public area and would like to have it look like a "painting" or something that you almost could put up as a nice art decor on the wall .

The page could be either as portrait or landscape.

Good question indeed!

Just to print it out as is - looks boring and will hardly be read by anyone.
A different formatting with some color would perhaps brighten up the page a bit.

i cant read the text.whats the main porpose on this??in order the text to be read?or just make a design on that doc?
