Form W-8BEN - should I fill it

    Hello mates.

    I recently registered with Azoogle Ads and they asked me to fill form W-8BEN.

    Currently, I am not engaged in any legal activities in the US, except for my future relationship with Azoogle Ads.

    Should I fill form W-8BEN ?

    I would appreciate your expertise.

    If you want to get paid by Azoogle then yes.

    Yes, and 30% of my income will be collected by the American government.

    Actually, this is my primary concern.

    Should I choose to fill the form, is there a way to avoid that ?
