I am going to be forming an LLC this month, and wanted to know what company to go through. I know I can probably do this on my own, but would rather get help. So what company is best? And why if you dont mind!

I have used LegalZoom in the past. Good experiences for the most part. Pretty straight forward... Let me know if you have any specific questions.

I use www.incorp.com for my registered agent but I filed for the LLC myself. What state are you from? Go to your state's .gov website and check out the paperwork. I'm from NH and it wasn't too bad. Best of luck!

I actually have a business relationship with LegalZoom (I do outsourcing work on their intellectual property offerings and help them set them up) so I am biased, but if you are going to go with a service rather than figure it out on your own I don't think you will find a better company to work with.

I used delawareinc.com until 2005, It was good for incorporation and basic services, but for advance services I prefer other companies.

Just fill out the form yourself, it's sooooo easy. Mail it in along with the fee. You save a lot of money, and the form is maybe 2 minutes and so easy.
