Buying Form (gravityform) Limit checkboxes fix - small job, needed now

Hello,

I want to do this:

I cant get it to work though.

Doesnt work for me. The above should be a solution but when applying it to my site it doesnt work.

So I want to limit that a user can only check ONE checkbox in the form. Should be a easy fix when having the code ready above.

I would prefer hire someone who worked with gravity forms before.

Paying $5 for this quick job.

Why not use radio buttons instead?

Well I want it to look like checkboxes.

So either a solution for to fix so its possible to mark only one checkbox

or..

A solution for a fix so the radio buttons look like checkboxes.
