Form filler for diffrent data with common fields

Hello, i need solution for form filling

For example, I setup the following fields and those are always different

Example1:
Merchant Name: aqaqqqqq
Merchant Link(url):http://www.asjajdkd.com
Title:somthing1 title

Example2:
Merchant Name: dddddddddd
Merchant Link(url):http://www.ssssssssss.com
Title:somthing2 title
