form fill-out bots (please help)

hey. i dont know what to call them, but you know thows bots that go on html forms and try and fill them out and submit it? well i need one. do you know were i could find software for one? i tryed google, but didnt have much of an idea of what to type in. im not going to be using them illegally. i need to fast register about 100 new members on my forum, and dont want to do it manually.
