fork: Cannot allocate memory ... Server Facing Timeouts Do Help

    Hey Guys

    There is is this issue in the server i keep getting fork: Cannot allocate memory

    there is already lot of un unsed ram so ram is not an issue..

    Here is the result of /proc/user_beancounters http://i47.tinypic.com/2co2z9x.jpg


    Can anyone tell me how to fix it .. i guess its something to do with failcnt

    From the user_beancounters - you've hit the limit od running processes on your server
    I would recommend that you witch either from OpenVZ to a XEN server or to a dedicated server.
    Otherwise - memory related - your server is running fine.

    Right, you are hitting the allotted resources.. See if you can upgrade the plan OR better go for a Dedicated server...
