    Hi,

    I cant login and I can go on this page:

    https://members.cj.com/member/foundation/findpassword.do

    put my email address that was use in our account and click go.

    Then the browser go to the next page for confirmation.

    The message is: "
    Your new password has been sent to the specified email address"

    However, I never received an email from cj about the password.

    I try this today and last two weeks and still no email received.

    I contact my hosting provider to check and advise me that theres no server related problem to received email from cj

    Pls help...
