What is format of the email sent to clients when they use the Forgot Password feature? Appears that outlook receives it as .dat attachment that it also deleted as being suspect file so in the end no one can open it. Can it be sent in plain text?

It is sent in plain text. If it's empty, make sure you have selected a valid letter from the letter library to send.

It's setup under the Edit Letters section (under Maintenance & Preferences).

The Letter is called "Password Retrieval" and was missing. I made one up. You must have the Email Letter Name hard coded somewhere as I did not see in getpass file.
