    Forget the fact that this is a scraper site, but note how the content is below the fold and only the ads are viewable at the top. Is this allowed?

    I'm no expert, but other than having a crappy website, I don't really think there is anything in the TOS that says where you have to have your content.

    I don't see any problems with the layout other than the obvious MFA site design. But the content location doesn't seem unusual.
