You can use your email address for password and second you can use your security question to get password back.

You forgot your facebook password. It's doesn't matter. Just a simple way recover it, When you'll try to log in, just click on "forgot your password " option. Then you they will send you a mail to reset password and you'll login into your mail id and then you'll see a mail from facebook and Just open and follow the link to reset you'll see.
