    without any page rank and the age of the domain is just 2 months plus

    if the name forexpips then it would be better

    i value a domain based on:
    keywords
    age
    PR rank
    Traffic and so on

    if i cant find one then i would be happy to buy a fresh domain and develop it myself.

    and does not contain any keyword
    however the alexa rank is around 500 k
    but the traffic 100% from india
    so depends on you. i am targeting at US or European visitors

    for me, I would not pay more than 10 bucks for this as i am looking for older domain or with PR
    if you want to buy this domain just because of the domain only have 8 character
    then i would suggest you to check the forex domain
    quite a number of fresh forex domain that less then 8 characters
