Forex Currency Converter Needed

Hey Guys,

I want to create a Forex currency convert for my website in PHP.
I can't use a widget or 3rd party device, it needs to be custom built.

Does anyone know of a free webservice for this? I could scrape a site and pull the data but this seems the long way around.

There isn't anything as "Forex Currency Converter" but there is a "Currency Converter":
