Foreign search engines

Hi all,

I have a bit of a strange request - I am trying to find out which search engines are the used most in certain countries - I have about a dozen countries including russia, denmark, poland and a few other strange ones.

I have been struggling to find any resources on this at all - can anyone point me in the right direction?

there is a software "submitwolf", who has a list of search engines for each country, maybe this is a good start:

tried to find a list of search engines at this website, but there is nothing. if you install it you can see a list with this search engines somewhere. hope this helps.

I know that in Holland, where I live, the most people search with Google.nl, but also via other typical dutch search engines like:

ilse.nl
ilocal.nl (gives local search results)

but also the dutch live search and the dutch yahoo! are used. But better focus on the big ones of course
