foreign nationals can join affiliate program?

    Hi. I'm wondering foreign nationals who do not have work permit in the US can join affiliate programs and get paid by affiliate companies. Thanks.

    Sure you can. It depends on the respective program though. I was automatically rejected on some programs which I believe was due to nationality (CJ programs I think), yet automatically accepted on some other (CJ) without any problem. For example, I couldn't enter Ebay affiliate program, and few others.

    it all depends on the country you are in presently and the finance and income tax laws there. Here in india, i show the affiliate as a part time income and i pay the taxes, so that i need not worry about the knock on the door...;)

    by next year i am planning to register a company and show off the affiliate income so that i need not add those income to my regular job's income...
