Foreign Language Pages

How do you handle submissions for foreign language pages? Do you maintain a World/Regional category where you're able to classify and list pages in foreign languages?

If not, how would you handle a submission for a web page that is in English, but links exclusively to pages that are not in English? I wouldn't consider this to be an Eglish equivalent.

    Your thoughts?

funny I have in front of me the files to add a french section and probably a german as well.
However I am still stuck with how to proceed.
    - fr.directory.com or directory.com/fr/
    - separate databases or the same one
    - how to handle templates for different languages, ....

mhamdi, you should make domain.tld/languagefolder, it is more ethical, because fr.domain.tld it is like on free webhsot, a separate site. More logical is subfolder because it is still a couple of the main domain.
