I just saw this: Google allows me to convert my USD into EUR in my account screen. The payout will be from 70 euro's (instead of 100 dollar). More info here: https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/topic.py?topic=19212 This is a very good thing, though I hope Google won't chew of some extra money while converting the currencies.
But their blog post says 'The party that publishers are contracting with changes from Google Inc. to Google Ireland Limited.' I'm not sure of the exact consequences of that. Does anyone know what the line 'Google will only issue VAT refunds to publishers with an address in Ireland. ' exactly means? Does Google add/substract VAT from your earnings? AFAIK the VAT in the US is much lower than in the EU http://adsense.blogspot.com/2009/03/reports-have-gone-international.html
yeah that seems to be good . but i think if you coosed a foriegn country that makes worth alot of ur currency that will be nice also !
I think that I'll wait with enabling this option until the dollar reaches an alltime low against the euro. If it rises against the euro from that point, that would enable me to earn some extra money.
Generally it's great that Google allows us to do currency exchange now. Nevertheless, I'm still keeping it in US dollars It should go up...
