I was wondering if ALL foreign domain names could be indexed by the regular Google website (Google.com). If yes, what is the SEO advantage of a foreign domain name compared to let's say a .com. If I owned Dogs.pr, would I have the same SEO advantage for the keyword "dogs" as somebody with the domain Dogs.com?
