I've recently set up a few new websites: Evansville Indiana Foreclosures Tulsa Foreclosures Wichita Kansas Foreclosures The Foreclosures industry is pretty hot right now and i'm trying to captialise by having sites specific to locations and providing some compelling information such as Foreclosure laws for the specific state, tips on getting the best price at auction and so forth as well as offering funding options. Any feedback is welcome, but I'd really like to know which site you prefer of the three and why that is. Any general pointers in terms of improving the monetising of the sites welcome as well.
How do you make $ doing this? I think it could use links to places that you could actually buy a foreclosure? otherwise I think you are loosing your searcher? when I clicked on it I was expecting to see cheap houses for sale.
They all look kind of basic. But they get the job done nonetheless. Its really a toss up as far as which I like best. To monetize them, however, you may want to look in another forum. Work on organic traffic I suppose...
Thanks for the points - Yes, I'm looking to find a feed of some sort that shows listings of foreclosures. At the moment I'm having to use foreclosure.com's affiliate program but I'm on the lookout for something simpler and more effective.
