Hmm, they're down again. They just had a 279.1% (22.33 / 8.00) and then it crashed

 

Talked to them, theyve located the problem and now are resolving it. They assured it wont happen again in the future. No need to worry.

 

Like mentiond before Contact support, Forcium is banned until August and won't come back on the forums before that

Give them a little chance man IwhiC was down for 5 days, and people are still choosing them , So doesn't really matter, if they are able to come back very soon by fixing the issue.

But if you recall right Mellow it was 1 server out of 3 that was down. And it was 3 days not 5! And not every one on that server was down, 75% or more had there accounts back up in 24 hours..

Facts : We now have 8 Servers ! We have not had major issues sense the HD crash! If we were a good host then and buyers still picked us, It was because they believed in us. And for that we have did nothing but get bigger and better and Have more clients choosing us now on a daily basis.

Shitty thing is, if this is a Ddos then things can be resolved. I hope for the hosted accounts sakes that is it.

Only time will tell!

Actually that depends on what port your monitor checks. If it's port 80 then it will detect downtime

I thought th reseller accounts would be on a separate server than the shared.... hmm

Why don't he just recreate another DP account and use it to keep his DP customer informed?

 

If you read Digitalpoint's rules! Then it is illegal, and he will be banned 'forever'

EDIT: And i would think that a guy with 3200 posts on DP should know the rules about duplicate accounts being against the rules eh?

 

But just as the other that have been banned, have your so called salesman or spokesperson register a brand new account and do it. Its worked well for the other hosts that get banned, I think the one host has 8 Accounts on DP that we counted..

But Yea Freddy is correct. He can try but he hurts himself that much worse.
