    If it was a infraction ban then he would still have his rep icon (scale icon) If that is gone that usually means the mods manually banned him..

    The guy is in business for two months maybe, Offering more space and bandwidth than he can possibly provide for free or for little money, gets banned and you guys are all bewildered because your sites are down and he is banned.

    Actually, there was something with his DNS servers that went wrong ;) And it was fixed and fully functional around 3 hours ago!

    I talked with Jason and his ban is temporary, he got banned because of 10 infractions (He thinks, no reason given up on ban) as he broke a few rules when he were new to the forums :) ( Havn't we all)

    I suggest that all existing clients and new clients contact him trough live chat (If online) on his website or use his ticket / mailing system! It's just as quickly reply as forum, if not faster ;)

    when i first signed up for my hosting, the stability/speed was very good.

    then it became rather slow and slightly unstable for a while during/shortly after the server migration. (i found this understandable and acceptable, as the problems were warned beforehand and short lived)

    now everything seems to be running fine, and im happy with this host.
