    What are the server specs?
    How long have you been up and running?
    How reliable is your bandwidth?
    Do we get private nameservers?
    Do out clients get cPanel?

    And From the way things look this is not dns as the page just sits and spins.
    Im thinking that the server load is 400+ or the IP has been yanked.

    Good luck,

    DNS can be rebuilt in less than 15 Minutes.
