My website is down. They are not answering emails, not answering support tickets, completely ignoring their clients. What a bunch of scammers! Be ware who you purchase hosting from!
Hello: I emailed you regarding this, 1 week before it happened and right after you contacted us regarding it. Your nameservers were still using the old forcium nameservers, which expired. You just had to update your nameserver to correct the problem. I am very sorry you never received the email or the announcement that went out regarding these. Are you sure they aren't in your junk email? Also please advise which email you sent your questions too, I personally never received anything regarding it, however I would like to investigate and insure that if the email was ignore it is dealt with accordingly. We have 24/7 support staff and we DO NOT ignore emails or complaints. To help correct the problem I will post the reply here. This was done on the old billing system, which we don't support anymore but I do check to make sure we don't miss anything. I replied to this within 12 hours of you sending the response, thus my apology at the start.
I was a admin of forcium and EpicLayer. I was told i'd get paid $70-100 a month. Owner Jason who has scammed alot of people. He has also scammed MediaTier. He scammed me also And yes EpicLayer & ForciumHosting where one. Jason was a.k.a Marcus. Please stay away. He also had threatned me.
