Wow, the new host is probably the same people because they've been so slow the past few days. off and on, and most of the files on my site have disappeared randomly. It's funny, can't communicate with them at all. Can't PM the guy here cuzz he says you have to goto his site to get help, but no one ever replies to the emails there and the support section doesn't even exist (file not found) lmao, completely ridiculous. Still lookin for a REAL web host. edit: omg finally got live chat to work and this is all that happen: i guess that was the support guy.
Before you make up any more stories damnidunno try telling the truth, Live Support does exist or how did you Speak to Gavin ?. lol either come to Live Support or ill email you your files and then leave because to be honest im getting tired of your lies and smart comments, i was more than polite to you and i answerd your PM's, and as for live support not existing please explain that to me please. How about i backup my files, and you give me my money back since I havent gotten what i ordered? Again you do not fully read the messages, and only do it half. or else you would have read what i said. I didnt make anything up. All morning my site wouldn't even work due to some weird cpanel issue, and i didnt say live support didnt work. I said your support page doesn't exist period. try it http://clients.mediatier.net/ thats the link of "support" on the main site and it shows and also the above quote is what happened when i attempted the live support. I have no reason to lie, I am not advertising anything. so prove me wrong on that. its exactly what happen. that guy didn't say hi, bye or anything. You WILL not delete what i paid for unelss you give me my money back which was paid less than a month ago. i will not allow myself to be scammed. Again i have no reason to lie. I would actually like to get what i paid for. If you want customers to not be negative, then provide what they paid for, or return their money, offer proper support, and quit calling them liars and blaming them for your shortages. People can tell what type of customer support you offer and your attitude alone by the post you make here.
Firstly, you have not been scammed, secondly The old owners of forcium have nothing to do with it now as you are fully aware they made the money and ran, this is not our fault, thirdly a email was sent out regarding the clients being moved to stable reliable servers.. the billing system was moved and that was sent out in a email also as i said before now it seems its only you having problems contacting us, and the situation with the help desk it times out ive spoken to people on others help desks and it times out on me unfortunately its something we have to deal with, also when did i say ill remove your files ? i said i will email them to you and you can leave as im getting rather tired of your silly comments and accusations, i answerd all of your pms and asked you fairly 4 times to contact me Via live support now if you wish to do this then by all means do so as i am here on the help desk now same i have have been for the past 10 hours, i was not rude to you once i did not talk down to you or speak to you in any bad way,
What does send me my files mean? means yo uwant to delete me because i'm honest and want what i paid for. when you so call buy a company you buy their debt also. Everyone knows that. And yes you replied to my pm's the same way you replied to these topics which each was simply" i'm not going to read your pnms anymore, you must contact me via my site" and so on, and again your site doesn't have support because the page doesn't exist, and the guy in the live support when he is there, leaves as in the quote above. You don't have to worry about my files. I'll delete them. i'll just take it as a loss, and move to a real Web Host with proper support and server up time, and a host that doesn't accuse their paying customers of making stuff up when the truth is obvious. thanks for nothing. BTW, i would've stayed longer until you learned how to be a real webhost, but your attitude ruined it.

yeah whatever. Live support again. Same person, same attitude. No thank you. I'm over it now. i suggest to anyone to stay clear of these people. backing up and downloading my files now. If anyone here operates a real host and would like to give me a good deal please PM me. As i am without a host now. Hope the scammers enjoy the $30. Good thing it wasnt much more.
Firstly we are not scammers, secondly you have still not spoken to me via live support and i did not say i was going to remove your files, what do you want me to say sit here and argue with you ? do you want my personal msn we can discuss this there ? i bet that isnt good enough for you either ?
Actually you are scammers since you wont provide me what i paid for. nor will return my money. You keep wanting me to contact your via live support, when my experience with it is you guys leaving without saying anything./ And i'm not talking to you about this anymore because you keep blaming me and saying i'm making stuff up. That was the final straw. Either give me what i paid for, or return the payment which is the only right thing to do here. if you do the right thing, i'll just let it all go and forgive and forget, if not you make an a very unhappy customer who feels scammed. \
This was a nice thread to read.. I think actually its my first thread i read from start to end.. Tech-Coder if you are honest and dont want to scam you have to give ALL support you can in any place you can, why the hell cant you answer questions here at DP if you are posting in this thread?? I mean if you dont want to give any support here thats more than fine, my host doesnt do that too, but on the other hand they dont come here and tell who they really are.. Just to be ironic with you now,, can you please come to the chat section here at DP? i need to talk to you.. Im not saying you are honest or not, just trying to tell you how you can improve your business, for your best I would say stop posting in here as a representative of your company, if you do be ready to give answers HERE..
I think damnidunno is asking the same question about your sites support section too.. I was ironic there is no chat section in DP and what i can understand there is no support section in your site too and you still want people to contact you there.. Yes i know you have told there is ticket and live support and email 24/7, but m8 honestly I have not tried them out but they dont look like they work what I can get out from this thread.. Im not trying to do anything by posting here except helping you out.. If you really do honest business then believe me one unhappy client will cost you a lot more than you think. If only ONE other guy reads this thread and (like me) gets the feeling that there is something fishy here he will not do any business with you.. What im trying to say is.. you are here DP (Digital Point) and discussing a problem, but when asked some questions you refer to your site, dont do that, it looks like you are hiding something or have bad intentions.. Its ok as i said to not answer in a forum or PM in the forum, but also then dont publicize that you are from that company, be a private person here.. Righ now you represent your company and discuss a lot of things here in this thread, when asked things here at DP you run away to your site.. not good

You need to look at your support staff and your support section m8.. when i went to your site just mow your "live support is away". Yes there is a support section.. For what its worth - i just found this thread and im an ex-forcium hosting client who has got caught in all this mess. Media Tier bought Forcium and since that time it has been a nightmare with my sites down more then up. They have had many problems getting all the old foricum hosting server stuff transferred to the new MediaTier servers. From what i understand the delays and problem go back to how foricum hosting and how its ex owner ran it so badly the new owners UK inherited all there issues. (i dont believe the new owners are same people as the old owners as talked about here in the thread) I have to support Damnidunno's comments in that fact that the support section the website has not been working from my pc and as of today even the website is down mediatier.net AND i have no way of contacting them via email, im chat or anyother way. It does not look good. It hardly instills any confindence in me with thier ability to run a hosting company based on their behaviour to this point. I cant even access my sites files via FTP to back them up and shift to a new host........ Im stuck in limbo not knowing what is happening The lack of communication with email to let us know what is happening and not even bothering to configue the support sections on their own website are bad bad unprofessional mistakes - despite how many other probs they may be having. Fustrating indeed! Sent a pm to Tech-Coder to try to contact MediaTier that way............. Is there any other ex-forcium hosting customer in the same positon as me also? I may be new to owning sites and dealing with web hosting providers but i never been treated so poorly before
