in my google analytic i am facing problem of
    upper lower case urls.

Analytic treating these urls as different but i want to make all them same.
    Eg:

    domain.com/shop-Mod/sxx.html
    domain.com/SHOP-mod/sxx.html
    domain.com/SHOP-MOD/SXX.html

Would the use of this "force lowercase" will solve my problem ?

Sure, all you have to do is create a lowercase advance filter in Google Analytics. I would recommend implementing this on a seperate profile if you are not clear whether your same URL's with upper and lower case point to different pages.

    Here's what you do:

Add a new filter to your profile with the following values:
Filter Name: Force URI case to lower
    Filter Type: Custom filter
    (select "Lowercase")
    Filter Field: Request URI

you should NEVER have uppercase url's
    site.com/NEWPAGE/index.html isn't the same as site.com/newpage/index.html

this is a beginner step, make all urls lower case, and don't have spaces
