force alternate text in links

    hello

    is there any thing that i can make to force the alternate text that should be the same text link in the link ?


    example


    <a href="http://www.middleastpost.com/about/" title="About Us">About Us</a>
     
    If someone posts a solution, use the "Best Answer" link in their post to pick it as the best answer.

    what do you mean by alternate text ? the title ?

    when the mouse is over the link it should show tooltip

    i dont want to add it link by link

    i want any future link to be with tooltip without that i have to add it link by link
