Force adsense to show up on PhProxy?

    I've got adsense ads on my PHProxy, but they only show up in the header on certain sites - del.icio.us is one that works, but a site like myspace or digg won't show the header for the proxy.

    Is there any way to force a user to see the ad, if they don't have an ad blocker?
