Force A New Browser To Open

    I'm running an affiliate offer that will only pay out if a user signs up using Internet Explorer.

    So I've been trying to figure out how to force a popup (and force it in a new browser). For instance if a user is using Firefox, I want this script to force Internet Explorer to open with my website.

    Does anybody have any recommendations as to how to do this?

    not possible for everyone because some people may not even have ie on their computer, what you should do is have the site open in a frame like this site - http://regtangle.com/articleSubmission/ and have ie inside the frame, let me know how this works if you do it

    How would you open IE inside of a frame? If the user is using Firefox any frame would also open in Firefox.

    Also I'm ok if it doesn't work for people without IE. I just want people who are using Firefox/Chrome/Opera/etc. who also have IE to have IE load with my site.
