    I have bought a domain name which seems to have a lot of previous links which I cannot recreate.

    Is it possible to make Wordpress / Apache send every 404 to the index?

    Hi!

    I'm not quite sure, but I do know that you can customize the 404 pages on cPanel hosts. Since you can do that, you could probably add a re-direct to the page.

    it does depend on your hosting, some hostings allow you to freely change a 404.shtml page to whatever you like, and with this you can send them all to index. Contact your hosting
