I have recently installed Apache on my computer. I got one website (najisite.com) setup. I have now attempted to setup another website as the default (soaringserver.com). When I go to najisite.com or soaringserver.com I get a FORBIDDEN error. How come it does this? When I go to localhost it shows the contents of soaringserver.com like it should. How can I fix it and why does localhost work when najisite.com and soaringserver.com fail?

Here is my virtual host config:
    Thanks for any help.

If you talk to your technical team, I am sure they could help.

Our hosting technical team, can deal with these sort of issues, so I am sure that your technical team should be able to also.
