For what reasons will google drop you from the index?

I got dropped by google 3 days ago, now I don't appear at all in the index. There are a few things that I think might be the cause, but nothing that seems serious to me. What do you think it could be?

    1) I have many pages with more than 100 links. The webmaster guidelines say to have less than 100 links on your pages.
    2) I am getting news from a google news RSS feed and posting it to my site. I credit google and do not change any of the RSS content.
    3) I am getting movie times by loading their movie time page once day and parsing the data, saving it, and displaying it. I do not access it more than 200 times a day.
    4) I am running a classifieds site. Some users post spam, and not all of it gets flagged for removal.
    5) I did renovation to the site 2 months ago where I added a bunch of new links and content, but I also changed how the pages linked together so there are many dead links.
    6) We have a network of around 100 sites that have unique content that all link to this site, and no where else.

I never got a message about why I was dropped. My adsense is still up and running on the site. I am going to make the necessary changes and submit for reconsideration, but I have no idea what of these things it could be.

Sometimes Google and the other search engines might indeed crawl and index the RSS feeds and enables content pages of the websites for a while but then, after some time and recognizing the original contents locations and websites, they might drop the other copied web pages.

Well, you have just list down all the reasons that might lead to your site being removed from the index. Item number 1 should be most likely contributor.

If duplicate content is the cause then check if your pages are in the supplemental index.

It's a long shot but have you changed the menu structures? - when we added submenus using Macromedia software Google stopped indexing our pages as it couldn't follow the links. We changed our submenu software and the pages came back.

I am not an seo specialist, but I doubt if it is duplicate content. How does google know who produced the content first?

I think it has to do with something he did on his site.

Since it is 3 days ago, I think Google tried caching his site, but couldn't understand it.

I think it is because of duplicate content. I have seen websites getting high ranking initially and then drop its position because of duplicate content.

If any changes in the site may cause the rank down by google.
