CJ doesn't have a sub affiliate program, so you can't register 'under' anyone Do you have a website/domain? The simplest (zero cost) option is to create a blog and post about products, then provide a text link to the advertiser.
Yea, the post is not real clear if you want to learn to earn, or if you want to register under someone else.
