    Well Sir does your website have over 30,000 pages.. If you have then it should get indexed automatically if you have original content not copied.. Use proper H1 tags.. the rest will be get done hopefully..

    Just submit your URL and declare sitemap for your site and submit to all these 3 search engine. You will see your pages will be indexed within 2 weeks time.

    Just make sure the main page has fresh content on it and has links to other pages and those pages to sub-pages. It will happen naturally in due course.

    Submit your site map webmaster tools and you will see your pages will be indexed within 2 ya 3 weeks.

    For google, you need to register with google webmaster tools and increase your crawl rate.

    You don't have to submit each page individually, just submit your .xml sitemap in Google webmaster tools (and the equivilants on the other engines) and it will naturally spider all the pages on your site, it may take a little longer with so many pages, but that's the way to do it.

    If you added all pages at once then google will take some time , You need to create a sitemap and submit to Google Webmaster Tools for quick indexing
