For those successful with PPC, can you tell me what you spend monthly? I am spending $1000 for a $1300 return. There has to be better ways to tackle PPC!
Hello, I am very disappointed with PPC, specially from Google. I think there is fraud or, maybe, only my competitors are coming to visit my website. eheh
What good would telling you how much we spend on PPC? Everyone sells different things. You can't compare. If I sell real estate, my keywords cost more than if I sell books. There may be lots more searches for my keywords too. I may be willing to spend whatever it takes to target 100% of those searches or I may be happy with 50%. Returns on investment are different in each industry as well. Sounds like you are making a profit but it's not enough. Well, try to reduce your costs. Maybe you are not choosing the right keywords, the right kinds of ads or your site could convert better. The links below may help.
The Big companies spend more than 50,000$ / month. Like Lucid said, it is very difficult to know what you need, what category you are working. Any category you will have a lot of competitors. I am trying to find a new way to have a better traffic not using Google. But, in fact, It is not easy.
If you keep on working hard, your clicks would eventually turn cheaper and you will earn better returns.
Hi, I spend that amount about every 1.2 days. It is hard to answer the question without seeing the campaigns. So I will recommend you try one thing. In campaign settings, under Bidding and Budget, turn on "Focus on conversions (Conversion Optimizer) - use CPA bids". This should improve your performance almost overnight. How fast are you going through your daily budget? If you go through your daily spend in half a day then you can probably drop down your Max CPC for most of your ad groups. It means that there is a lot of searches for your keywords and you don't have to bid as high to get clicks. There is no single answer to your question, but you can definitely do a lot of things to improve your performance. I can go on for hours.
