Hello, I know this is quite cliche, but to improve everyones expereince here I have a few tips for you thread owners that you could use to improve your service, it would be nice if you could implement them as it will improve your sales and customer service. 1. When contacing members via PM who reply in your thread, please use the thread URL as the subject line. 2. To get your service off to a good start, don't be selfish and provide a review copy, no matter what your iTrader is. If it's hard work provide a discount, rather than free. 3. Add some colour to your text and outline the important bits (Unique Selling Point). With about 8 new threads everyday offering directory submissions, I'm running through them like skimming stones! 4. People who are looking for work - Please put in a bit more effort in what you can do e.g. http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1364429. 5. To everyone who has "Increase SERPS" in their thread title, it would be nice to see a few websites and keywords which we can use to type in Google and see the results for our selves.
