for those of you who work from home, time management etc

Hi,

How do you guys manage your work day (for those that work from home)?

I've read that some people actually get dressed as if they are going out for work, and then step outside and re-enter the house from the side door. They do this to make some sort of a ritual if you like, so they feel like they are going 'out' to the office.

I get up, consume some protein check some mail and other items, go back to sleep..
Get up go to the gym for an hour and a 1/2 - 2 hours, then come back home.

I might put a few minutes worth of work in, otherwise I spend most of the rest of my day doing whatever I want to.

I bet that helps some of you for 'time management'....

'the going in and out of the house' you describe is also more to do with laws in 'travel' for some home business individuals...Some may do it for motivation, but others do it for tax purposes from what I've been told by my accountant.

Get up, spend half the day living on message boards. Then try to get a little work done, then go back to living on message boards. Discover and fix a 404NotFound error, then ZZZZ again. :

Thats funny that people leave their house and enter back in a side door for tax purposes

 

From what I was told it legally speaking makes their 'commute' to work, so that when they get in their car and travel for work it is not their 'driving to work' phase but extra mielage which is a deduction.. If they did not do this by tax law trips to the office supply store would not be a deduction, but by doing this it mysteriously is..

Just what I've been told by my accountant, if it's true or not I have no idea

 

Wake up by 6. Put coffee on. Shower/email. At gym by 7. Swimming by 8. Behind computer by 9. Dont move until dinner. Unless, I get bored and want to go the beach. Then all bets are off.

 

I work until im fed up of working then i find something to entretain myself. No particular schedule and i can be either a lazy bum all day or a hard working good lad

 

Het up at 8:45/9 AM get ready within 30mins | login @ DP and my forum and start slowly crawly everything.
this goes and goes this next day morning 2AM/3AM/4AM depends on the threads DP has lol.
